Brunch is a social meal, and the version described in the archive leaned into that. It was promoted as the only fully bottomless brunch in the SOMA district, a claim made by the restaurant itself and not verified here.
The bottomless format
For one set price, guests could order as much breakfast food and as many mimosas as they liked. The idea appeals to groups that want to linger, since there is no need to place a new order each time. As with any alcohol-inclusive offer, it is meant for adults who drink responsibly.
The Bloody Mary bar
Anyone who preferred a savory drink could build a Bloody Mary at a self-serve bar. Making your own lets each person adjust spice and garnishes.
Coffee and juice
The regular drinks list stayed available during brunch. It featured coffee and espresso drinks from the San Francisco roaster Four Barrel, and freshly squeezed orange juice. More on the coffee is on the breakfast page.
What brunch might include
Items on the everyday breakfast menu included small bites like maple and bacon buns, oatmeal with bananas and walnuts, burritos and empanadas. The archive does not list a separate brunch menu, so this overview does not guess at one.
